Owner is employing very unprofessional staff. It took her 2 hours to get simple sns done. My nails look so bad. Then owner saw that I am very unhappy and charged me $55 when their rate it $45. I had 9:30 am scheduled with the owner, but she had 2 people in-line, so she got a new girl to get my nails done. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed.

Went around my lunch break to get my nails done haha. Took me right away and no wait. Kelsey did my nails. I wanted acrylic nails with a pink ombré look. Showed her a pic and she did an amazing job. I’ve had the nails on for a week so far and they’re amazing. I work in an office setting where I have to type a lot and also travel sometimes. Have done both since I got my nails done and so far so good. Loved how strong and pretty they turned out.

The recent times I have been here, I had a horrible experience. She charged us for manicure and SnS but hadn’t given me a manicure, she rushed us out to get more customers. Mary did my nails, I was all the way down here from Hickory in the area but decided to stop in. I didn’t have an appointment but they took me right away anyways. Everyone is super nice inside and I love how my nails came out , and the price was GREAT! Will be back whenever I’m back in the area!
