Quick service. They did my nails exactly how I wanted them, and worked around my disability. My hands shake a LOT, due to essential tremors. I warned her ahead of time about it, and then she did my nails perfectly. It was almost like she didn’t even notice the tremors. That was amazing for me, because most nail techs complain or repetitively tell me to be still. It was really refreshing to be treated normally, even with the added challenge that my hands add to the process. I will definitely be going back.

I’ve been to most places in Ocean Springs and this has been my favorite. However, most times I got my nails done by Ann (who is phenomenal). This time I had them done by someone who has never done them. The nail tech did not put the acrylic to the cuticle line and did not polish to the cuticle line, even though I asked her 3 times to please do that. So I paid for a refill and tipped (before the polish) only to have nails that look like they still need a refill because there is space above the fake nail to the cuticle. Please explain the importance of this to your nail techs. No one wants to look like their nails were done last week when they walk out of the salon with a fresh refill. I gave 3 stars because I love Ann and I’ve never had this issue before. However, this experience was less than 1 Star.

The nail technician did a rush job on my pedicure and did not fully scrub my feet. I showed the results of the nail tech’s work to the owner and she agreed to take 10% off which was only $3. Overall, I left dissatisfied and I still have to got another nail salon and get an actual pedicure. I tried explaining to the owner that not only was I dissatisfied with the service but my time was also wasted.

I love this nail salon! Even when they’re packed, they get to you in no time at all because they have plenty of nail technicians to service their customers. And they’re all great!! All of the ladies working are super friendly, and I’m more than happy with my mani & my pedi! I’d recommend the Bliss pedicure & the Herbal manicure if you want to relax & enjoy it but are in a hurry! I live in another state, and I’ll definitely be back here when I’m in town.

Critical: ProfessionalismWent today to get my nails done , before she started I asked for a manicure , didn’t get it went right to the dip . Wasn’t pleased with 2 of my nails asked to fix and she didn’t at first till the color got put on and I really didn’t like it ! Told her and she didn’t want to fix so I got someone else’s attention showed her and then it got fixed. Have 10$ left on my gift card won’t be using it. Still ripped 10$ because I’m that person .
