Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is my second visit here .My first visit I only get a gel pedicure . The nail tech was rude and kept asking why I wanted a yellow color. I told her I wanted neon and she gave me a choice of 3 colors of which none looked neon. When I told her she said they were all neon and to choose one . Anyways , my gel nails were extremely clunky and uneven . It looked as if I did them myself .My next appointment I did acrylic gel , and gel pedicure . They told me to sit at the manicure station and he started my nails . About 3 minutes in they wanted to accommodate another customer so had me get up so she could sit down and did my pedicure instead . My pedicure is again uneven .For my nails , I showed Hannah a picture of what I wanted and she slapped the nail color chart down in front of me and said this is what we have . So I chose a color similar to what I wanted . The nail tech didn’t talk to me the entire nail appointment . She was talking to another staff member in another language and looking at videos on her phone . While she was distracted with another staff member on her phone she was using the electric file on me . She cut my cuticle and I started bleeding ! She held pressure with the towel and said sorry. Once , she realized I was still bleeding she put glue over the cut ! She didn’t clean off the cut just stuck glue over it . (Talk about risk for infection) She also didn’t file away some acrylic under my nails so I have clumps . My nails didn’t come out similar to the picture I showed or even resemble .I was charged full price even after all the inconveniences.I wanted to like this place because it’s beautiful inside , and they offer mimosas . Unfortunately staff is unprofessional and need more training . Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to get a dip powder manicure for the first time. I assumed that I would be receiving the whole manicure process after selecting the dip powder & manicure service. I was obviously mistaken. The technician did not do a cuticle grooming or nail prepping before starting the dip process. The whole process was very rushed and the technician was not the friendliest. While using the electric nail file, the technician came very close to my skin several times and even cut me to the point of drawing blood near the cuticle of my thumb. She ignored causing the cut. The final product is a much lighter color than what was shown on the sample nail. Some nails were left with rough patches and uneven coloring. One thumb nail has obvious uneven coloring.
