If you are looking for the best nail tech for long acrylics, I highly suggest her. She always takes my design requests, no matter how long they take. She talks to you like she actually cares. Everyone else in the salon is kind and they can be pretty entertaining. Because this salon is popular, I would suggest calling ahead to schedule an appointment. The best nail salon in Saint Cloud. I LOVE Linda. I’ve been going here for the past 4 years and Linda always does an amazing job. If you are looking for the best nail tech for long acrylics, I highly suggest her. She always takes my design requests, no matter how long they take. She talks to you like she actually cares. Critical: Quality, ValueI normally do not leave reviews, but I feel like it’s necessary. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have come to do my nails here 5x now. Out of all the times only the first time I did my nails, did they do a good job. But since my family comes here, I really do try to like it. I’ve had gel done on my natural nail done and a guy did them for me and the whole process was extremely painful. He painted them and another girl had to take over bc the final product he did was bad. I did my wedding nails here and asked for coffin and I ended up with long rectangular nails with no shape at all. So I left not wanting what I asked for. This time I came in and asked for acrylics and regular black nail polish. The girl helping me insisted 3x that I do gel nails. I told her no each time. On the paper it said that it would be $30 but I was charged $35. On top of that my right hand was not dry at all so naturally it got smudged. I didn’t want to comeback inside to get them repainted cuz I hate being a bother. So I asked to get them repainted and they still look horrible. Out of all the times only the first time I did my nails, did they do a good job. But since my family comes here, I really do try to like it. I was a walk-in, was greeted right away. Only waited for 5 minutes, and got in a chair. Jennie the nail tech, took my vision and made it a reality. Told her I was a bartender so I was rough on my nails. She did not argue with me to get the S&S, she went straight to acrylic! They have held up for 3 weeks, no chips, no lift, and still look amazing!

So impressed with the level of detail and care provided by Jenny. This was my second time with her and it was like before, above and beyond. Had my nails filled and a pedicure. She was extremely gentle with my toes; so much I forgot i had a tiny scratch. Small talk, asked several times if I wanted a drink, was upfront about prices; everything was perfect. Had an appointment for 2:30 with a friend and she waited 30 minutes before they started her set of acrylics. I waited an hour and a half before being seated. They took other walk ins before they did me. I give a 3 regardless because the girls were able to achieve what I was looking to have done. But unless they can honor appointment times better, I won’t be coming back.

I normally do not give reviews and take my bad experiences as a customer home silently, but I felt the need to share my horrible experience here as a customer at “Nail Bar and Spa”. I would like to start out by saying that I am a young woman who gets her nails done frequently by salons and private people. I am also advanced with customer service and managing a store, therefore I can confidently say this was an unprofessional and disrespectful experience as their customer. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm with hopes of getting an acrylic full set. Upon arrival, I was asked what I wanted and I responded an acrylic full set. The woman who asked me this did not follow up with any questions regarding what I wanted specifically. After being told I would have to wait an hour, which I had no problem doing as I expected there would be a wait, more and more customers began to file in and at this point I was the only walk in waiting so I knew that even with the scheduled appointments I would still be taken care of as the woman told me an hour. After two and a half hours I was finally taken to a chair and when I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted she said she could not do that. I then replied with other ideas and she continued to state she could not do them. I asked if anyone else there was able to do anything similar to what I wanted and she said they all were busy. I then asked why was I not told of any of these limitations two hours ago when I first arrived telling her that she should have asked me when I first got there what I wanted so she could plan her staff accordingly, and she had no answer. I left without my nails done and extremely upset. From their social media, I believe I was dealing with Jenny; however, I may be mistaken. I hope my review saves someone else from having to have an experience like mine there.

This place deserves zero stars. I am new to the area and came to this establishment before checking all the bad reviews. That was a huge mistake. I came in for a simple pedicure and manicure. The women rushed my manicure and did a HORRIBLE paint job on my toes. I asked her to fix it and her attempt was useless. She started my manicure in the pedicure chair with some awkward board over my legs, which put my legs in an uncomfortable position. She quickly painted my nails and the paint peeled at the edges the same evening I had them done. That has NEVER happened. I will NEVER and I repeat NEVER come to this nail salon. I don’t write reviews often but I felt the need to warn others.
