My daughter is autistic and they were patient answered all her questions and even let her watch them doing a fullset and answered all her questions then. I personally go here and Sarah does my nails and I love it. They are clean and work with your schedule if you need an appointment.

I used this place twice. First time, I went for a bridal trial for my wedding, and they didn’t know how to do the design I wanted and glued some design to my nail which was ugly, so I decided not to use them. Fast forward to my 1-year anniversary, I went to get my nails done before going on our anniversary trip and they told me after starting my nail that they wouldn’t be able to do my pedicure due to time constraint (strike 1), then they accidentally charged me twice (which they fixed after a few days, so I won’t count this as a strike), and they botched my eyebrows (strike 2). My nail didn’t last through my 5 days’ vacation, and they charged me $50 for a simple short full set with just polish (strike 3). I usually pay $30-$35 elsewhere so they are mad expensive! I gave them a second chance, but they still didn’t exceed my expectations, so I won’t be back.
