Today was the most frustrating experience in years. I’ve been coming here on and off for years for manicures and pedicures. Usually my husband accompanies me and he sit quietly so people just kinda move around him. I went for a dip manicure as usual and picked a color. They started pressuring my husband to get a manicure which he agreed to and the nail tech (Tiffany) doing my nails starts pressuring his nail tech to present him with the $50 manicure even though she says no multiple times. I get this is a business but that just seems unnecessary.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityDo not go to this salon! I am really easy to please, but this place was just horrible. I went in on 08/26 for a shellac manicure. I had dip on my nails and I needed to get it soaked off. (Like every place should do) the tech used the electric drill to bring them down… I would’ve rather soaked them off but no big deal. Once they came off I asked the tech to not use the drill on my actual nails and she replied “only a little bit” and continued drilling. My nails are normally thick and healthy and she drilled them so much that they’re breaking and my nail beds are in pain. On top of that she did not use sterilized equipment, and the nail file she used on me was obviously already used as well. She did not push back my cuticles or used cuticle cream. This was the worst nail experience I have ever encountered. Husband and I went in for pedicures. Our regular place was closed, for some reason. Everyone was nice, but this is first time I’ve had a painful pedicure. Too much cutting too close to the nail. She did clip skin a few times and applied antiseptic. But today my toes are sore and hurting. Will need to watch for the next few days. Husband’s feet were rasped too far and are hurting and bleeding today. We need to watch his feet as well.We’ll not be returning here again.

First and last time here. Took 45 minutes for a full set and gel polish. Way too fast. Lumpy polish finish and two days later it has chipped. Shape is inconsistent. My husband even said they look bad.

My nails are beautiful but they are not the shape I asked for. The atmosphere was cool until a disturbing customer came in talking loud on her cellphone. I think beast practice for businesses that patron people should have knowledge on how to ask a client to refrain from using fulgar Language and high level tones in what’s supposed to be a relaxing environment. Not the salons fault but they could have lost a customer for something that simple. Doubt if I’ll return but I appreciate the service.

The service was amazing. I had the deluxe pedicure and dipped French full set. I recommend making an appointment for a Saturday. Nothing about them, but for a French full set, do not use dipping. Use the glue on white tips with acrylic or just shellac/jel. I will come again! Pedicure, Acrylic nails

I went to this nail shop and it’s very downgraded I don’t think they have A/c it’s not a very nice place! And the lady that did my nails her name is Tiffany she is very rude! And she looked like she hates life her job! She was a cry face and she was hurting my fingers when she was filing I told her that it hurt it but she kept going faster she didn’t even stop! This place deserves one star I will never go to this place ever again!
