I’ve gotten a mani-pedi here twice, and the quality has been outstanding. I got dip on natural nails and shellac/gel on my toes. Today, the manager walked around as I finished and noticed one tiny imperfection (a rough corner) on a nail, and it was immediately corrected. I probably touched the towel as my nail was drying. The salon is immediately next to Kroger’s with a Starbucks. Like many clients, I grabbed a latte to enjoy on my way.

I found Kathy and man she did so well since the beginning!! She definitely does an AMAZING job. She listens to my designs options and makes sure I love the nails after every process! She definitely does an AMAZING job. She listens to my designs options and makes sure I love the nails after every process! Definitely 10/10 recommended!!

Came in as a walk in appointment an hour before closing. I didn’t have to wait long at all. I wasn’t sure what I wanted being that I have not had my nails done in years. I told them more or less what I wanted. They did a great job, very satisfied!

This nail salon just wasn’t it. Went in last week for a simple manicure and the top coat streaked black and my polish was ruined as soon as I walked into Kroger and grabbed something. I’ll take the fault on that one but had been sitting under the nail dryer for 15 min and no one even came to check them before I left – they had simply moved on. The environment here was also nothing to write home about and was very loud with the staff members talking amongst themselves all the way through the salon. This was the second try since I moved into the area (last time my dip nail broke the next day) and I won’t be back. I don’t typically write reviews but this place left such a bad taste in my mouth.

I received poor service from technicians. My polish was horrible I had to wait over 20 minutes to get toenails redone. The manager was rude when I told her I was not happy with my pedicure like it was an inconvenience to them to redo the sloppy polish. And my nails which I paid for a new set. The nails look ok overall but requested them to be cleaned that I was painting furniture which she did not clean for me when she said she would . I’ve used many nail salons in area and today was my first time using this business and I will not back. They have other salons in area that do much better work . I’m so disappointed and we all know how expensive it is for these services!!!

It was a pretty good experience. The lady who did my nails did a good job and she was pretty fast. My pedicure was fantastic. I got the Tired Feet package. My toes look great she even made my gremlin looking baby toes look normal! . The massage chairs left something to be desired though. I like the ones at Tuscan nails better.

I have been coming to The Nail Bar since the first week they were open. I have always had great service and so many compliments on my nail. The quality has always been excellent. I highly recommend Cindy and Julie for your nails. You cannot go wrong with your feet here!

They’re not the friendliest overall, but they’re fast and made my nails look good. Shellac manicure, lavender pedicure and eyebrow wax, all within an hour. Thank you!
