Got my nails done here 2.t5 days ago and the polish on several of my nails is peatling off. I’ve been off of work since I’ve gotten them done so there’s no reason this polish should be peeling off like this. This has never happened as I usually go to a different nail salon but decided to go here because it was close to where I was at the time. I go out of town in a few hours so I can’t go back to have them fix it, I’m so disappointed.

They asked me what I wanted executed it greatly. I did walk in a bit late couple hours before closing and I do apologize for that. They did not give bad vibes and made it a point to understand what I wanted. They asked if I liked everything in a timely manner so if I did not she could change it. I loved it, I did not feel like I was a bother like alot of places I went to in the past.. but they did not rush me even though it was late in the day. They were professional I was greeted properly and the price was decent 75$. I will be coming back! I was given colores to choose from while I waited and she explained the reason for her doing some things like putting black under magnetic polish. Whilst there I seen them help another customer with a color match because the color that she wanted was running low overall they have an excellent customer service system and very clean environment. I’ve seen other places with dust and nail tips everywhere but NOT here. They also have a barbacide poster up which gives me confidence they are sanitary. 1st time here and was delighted with the service. Gina did my full set and was fantastic!!!! Always checking to make sure I was satisfied with her work. Even showed me a little trick when it comes to the gel glitter polish that I’ve never seen any nail tech do before!!!!!! Highly recommended this place. My husband did the rejuvenation pedicure and did it was fabulous.

they do decent work, nails always look nice when i come here. however, do not book an appointment or walk into this nail salon if you dont have at least 3 hours to spare out of your day. everytime i come here it’s packed and i end up waiting long, which isnt a big deal because i usually dont make an appointment so i dont mind waiting. well the 23rd i made an appointment for 4:30 for my niece and i to get our nails done so we could get right in and leave a bit quicker. they completely disregarded our appointment, we showed up about 10 minutes BEFORE 4:30 when our appointment was and my niece didn’t end up getting sat until about an hour later. by the time our nails were done it was after 7 and we were the last people left in the salon. still paid and tipped in full though part of me wishes i hadn’t honestly. don’t allow people to book appointments if youre not going to follow them whatsoever!

Great experience. Got the luxury pedicure which include a scrub and lotion massage as well as hot stones. They removed callouses and painted my toes beautifully. Clean environment. I did a walk-in around 4pm on a Wednesday and it was steady the entire time. I encourage you to make an appointment.

went here for the first time today – got a refill with gel polish. Didn’t catch the name of my nail tech but I think he may have been the owner. He was very courteous, and professional. I had an appointment and I didn’t have to wait forever to be seen, as I’ve experienced at other nail salons in the area. It’s a 20 min drive from my house but I had a great experience and the pricing was fair so I see myself returning in 2-3 weeks 🙂
