If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Not only are they careless when doing their nails but they’re completely unprofessional. I asked them if they could do certain nails and they acted very confused but said yes, as she began though I knew it wasn’t gonna work out so went with a simple set. All the while I’m getting my toes done and I ask to add acrylic and the woman is completely clueless in addition to cutting the sides of my toes up which resulted in my feet bleeding. Throughout the process I’m flinching and telling her it hurts and she’s ignoring me. When done with my set, the clear coat is uneven and I was left with nail polish and acrylic on my hands. The toes were so bad, I just had her stop. Did not want to start a commotion, but everytime I asked them to stop they’re consulting the whole nail salon as if I need their permission to stop the pedicure and one of the techs went as far as sticking his finger (which had left over nail polish and products from a previous customer) and dig into right where they cut me and drew blood….really. After the fact I talked to the manager and she told me it wasn’t their fault because they couldn’t speak English to understand me and that she’ll teach them better next time but can’t offer any discounts…mind you they didn’t even finish the pedicure, I wouldn’t allow it. They think that you’re trying to refuse to pay when that’s not the case. I get manicures and pedicures often and have paid double before. It’s about the price matching my service and it just didn’t. What is you talking to them after the fact going to do for me? It’s a basic practice to have clients wash their hands and wipe off extra paint and acrylic. If this is a nail tech in your salon, that’s normal practice that shouldn’t need to be expressed….when you’re charging $100 for unfinished services. And I shouldn’t be sitting in you guys chair for over 2 hours just to come up and pay and STILL have to ask you guys to wipe off any excess. That’s not the service I’m paying for and can just do my own nails if that’s the case. And although I completely understand learning a new language can be challenging. I’m the consumer and unfortunately most ppl in the area are going to speak English. You run a business and if your employees can’t properly communicate enough to know what I’m asking for then that is a problem. Completely unprofessional and bad business practices. I had to go and pay an additional $30 at another nail salon to get my toes fixed and even her fixing them was painful, my toes are completely cut up. DO NOT GO HERE.

Enjoyed the experience and the young lady that did my nails. She did a great job! A couple things I could nitpick but overall great. She was very personable and we enjoyed a conversation together. I will definitely go here again and hope everyone is as good as her.

I have come to this place other times and it was good, today I wanted ombre nails and the guy who was doing them was really bad, it was like a rain of white dots on the pink color, I showed him photos of how they have been put there in other times and the guy got angry and took my nails off badly, I took them off again… Another girl was doing my daughter’s nails just as badly, super thick as if they were plasticine, she said she was going to fix them but they were really bad.. asked that they be removed and another young man with glasses who works there started yelling at us and wanted us to pay 50 for nothing…. I will return to file the complaint when the appropriate person is since the people who were there gave terrible service….. not even an “I’m sorry” they could say to us

I have ingrown toenails from being a dancer and normally nail salons will blow it off for whatever reason. After having to travel here and deciding to randomly stop in since they were the only spot open on Easter Sunday, I have realized that this might be worth the 45 minute drive! I got the milk and honey pedi. Only $53 and the aft really took her time to remove dead skin, my ingrown toe nails and cuticles. I normally get a pedi every Sunday in my local area, but I’m so glad I ended up here this weekend. It was just what I needed.
