Very expensive. They charge $20.00 just to take gel polish off. Also 20.00 extra for gel polish. Not much difference between the regular pedi and the Luxe. People were nice. Not impressed with the services at all for the price. Probably won’t go back. Pedicure

Went here awhile back and was drawn in by their website with all these cute nail designs. Well when I get there they did my gel manicure and I told them I wanted a certain design…then they whip out the sticker book. They charge you by how many stickers they put on your nails. Also if I wanted stickers on my nails I could’ve just done this at home.

I started nail bar in august. Loved the way they did my nails in the beginning. staff although has never been the friendliest. They are always understaffed with that being said the last time they did my nails in March they were rushing through and didn’t use clean supplies which ended up causing me to get a nail infection. I had to go to the doctor and get on an antibiotic that I had to paid for. When I called to let them know the situation they have made it in every way possible difficult to resolve and give me a refund. From staff at the store to management, no one has been friendly, helpful, apologetic or understanding. Instead they blame me for the nail infection due to my autoimmune disorder and told me to let them know that I have type one so they can go lighter on my hands. In all my 6 years of diabetes and nail salons I have never had an infection from a manicure.

I have been multiple times and never been seen sooner than 20 minutes after my actual appointment time. Most recently it took until an hour after my appointment time for someone to actually come start my pedicure. Hit or miss if upgrading is worth it, after an hour of waiting all of the “extra” scrubbing and massaging lasted about 60 seconds. Getting tired of it constantly being overbooked and lacking in quality experience.

Went by this place the other day. The inside was very nice and they had nice large TV’s with a newly released movie playing. It is also very nice to have people working in a nail salon that speak very good English. The bad part about the experience is that they do not do a good job and it’s all about how quickly they can get you “in and out”. The young lady that did my pedicure was not detail oriented and scratched the mess out of my toes while buffing my toenails and cut my Cuticles too deep several times. This left scratches all over my toes and she did not do a good job on removing the hard areas on my feet either.

My experience was not that great. MOST of the people were friendly. However, I went in for a simple gel fill in – which the website says is $17. My final total was $41! All I got was a gel fill in and my nails cut back. On top of that, my polish has already chipped and it’s only been 2 days. I was fine with using anywhere else in Oxford but had read about this place in the Mississippi magazine and decided to give it a try. I am a regular visitor to the town but I will never go back to the nail bar.
