I’ve been to this salon multiple times and have enjoyed every visit. I’ve gone to Sonny every time and he has been absolutely amazing. He is very thorough, meticulous, and very detail oriented. I don’t get anything too complicated, but I can tell he spends just as much attention to detail on my experience as he does with someone who wants custom nail art done. He is great to talk to and also respects when you want to zone out and be quiet. The salon is very clean and organized and everyone seems very friendly and inviting. I’ve brought friends with me and have referred many friends and family to this salon and to sonny and none of them have been disappointed.

I was pleased with the services until one of my nails lifted. I made an appointment and went back in to have the acrylic removed and replaced. Linda was my nail tech who sits in the front to the right. When she looked at my nail all she did was filed my real nail and did not replace the acrylic. I asked her to remove it and her response was that it was ok now.

I saw Linda yesterday and she did an amazing service! She was very sweet and kind and thorough with my nails. This was my first visit…what a cute place! I’m someone who gets her nails done every two weeks and I have been looking for a new place and this was a great experience. Very professional and clean setting. I will be back! Great experience!! This was my first time and I was very impressed. Online scheduling was so slick. Accommodated my tardiness. Comfortable pedicure chairs. No odd music. I have been to several nails salons and Nail Bar is great! When you walk in its a beautiful place, it’s clean and there are so MANY different colors to choose from. The staff are very friendly and talented. Services are mainly by appointments only, you can walk In but you may have to wait. Also, for COVID they have you wash your hands even before checking in.

DO NOT SPEND MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I went here after work to get a pedicure. Much needed pedicure. I suffer from ingrown toenails and never has been a problem for any nail technician in my past to resolve them. She used this tool to get my callus’ removed and burnt the bottom of my big toe with it and made it seem like it was my problem. Then she cut my second toe nail much too short and looked awful. And to top it off- she wouldn’t try and remove my ingrown toe nails so I asked to get someone else that was more confident. She walks back with the manager and I told him kindly about the experience I was having. I showed him my toenail she demolished, and he said well she isn’t done. Done ? What else was she going to do to it. He proceeded to tell me to go see a doctor for my feet ! The rudest worst experience I ever have had. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. Awful awful staff.

this place falls short of one star, maybe half a star, MAYBE! the staff isn’t trained, they don’t cut cuticles and don’t know how to apply nail polish. I’ve been doing my nails for over thirty years and this place SUCKS!

I have been coming here for years and have never had a negative experience! Everyone from the front desk staff to all the nail technicians do such a great job at making you feel valued and heard as a customer! I love seeing Sonny for my nails – he is so detail oriented and remembers small details from conversations we had during my previous visits. Love this place!
