I went to this place a week ago and it’s probably the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The technician only had me put my nails under the heat lamp once per round of polish, the mail polish was bubbly on the top of the nail and semi see-through and peeled less than a week later (which defeats the purpose of getting gel). When I expressed my concerns during the manicure she was defensive and had an attitude about it even though it was obvious that the nails were terribly done.

Possibly the worst manicure i’ve ever gotten. The lady was nice but my nails were not it. I got french and she didn’t ask me any questions (like how thick I want the line or how I wanted it) they are very un even and crooked. Extremely overpriced and it was very rushed. The worst part is I got gel so I can’t take them off for a while. All for 93$!!!!!! Not worth it at all from my experience. (update) It’s been a week and the tips on my left hand have all broken off.

Not impressed. Friendly lady, but worst French pedicure results I’ve ever had. Crooked and en even lined. She rushed through, didn’t ask me any questions (like whether the line was too thick/use of electric tools, etc.).

I should have left when they didn’t have my appointment in their book. Instead I got the most painful, vindictive manicure of my life. The manicurist who did my nails obviously was made to stay to do my appointment and was not happy about it. Three bloody cuticles (including my ring finger) later, and I couldn’t take hand/ring photos at my wedding. Never going to Nail Bar again.

I cannot seem to understand why this place has good reviews. I’m assuming any of the good ratings are from locals who likely don’t know what a good salon is like. There was a massive lack of skills, equipment, and basic knowledge of technique. I got a dip manicure and noticed several skipped steps and lack of accuracy or quality. It didn’t seem like anyone there was trained properly. The customer service was also mediocre at best. I’ve never been more disappointed in a manicure before. I can’t wait to get back home to nail technicians that actually know what they’re doing.
