Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going here on and off for years. Recently, I have decided to stop. I think for Adults they do a great job. But repeatedly they have not treated my daughter well. My daughter has felt like the older lady is constantly rude to her. I intently watched her this last time, and she kept making mad faces as my daughter and tugged at her arm as she was saying something in the foreign language. My daughter wanted a daisy on her finger and wasn’t satisfied with what she got. So I showed a picture of the daisy she wanted and she flat out said no, I don’t want to do that. Then after I made a face and told my daughter, well we can’t make her do something she doesn’t want to do. Then the other lady who was doing my nails, started speaking with her and the older lady corrected herself and said, she didn’t know how to that & walked away. After I was finished with my set, the lady doing my nails, correctly made the daisy on my daughter’s finger. This lady has always seemed nice but I frequently do my nails w/my daughter and will not be going back as long as the older lady is there. I have been going here on and off for years. Recently, I have decided to stop. I think for Adults they do a great job. But repeatedly they have not treated my daughter well. My daughter has felt like the older lady is constantly rude to her. I intently watched her this last time, and she kept making mad faces as my daughter and tugged at her arm as she was saying something in the foreign language. My daughter wanted a daisy on her finger and wasn’t satisfied with what she got. So I showed a picture of the daisy she wanted and she flat out said no, I don’t want to do that. Then after I made a face and told my daughter, well we can’t make her do something she doesn’t want to do. After I was finished with my set, the lady doing my nails, correctly made the daisy on my daughter’s finger. This lady has always seemed nice but I frequently do my nails w/my daughter and will not be going back as long as the older lady is there. I would advise not to bring your younger daughters here.

Critical: QualityI came here to get a manicure and acrylics for my wedding day, and the nails turned out SO bad. Also, I didn’t get a manicure. She just did the acrylics. I wish I could post a photo of what I asked for, and what I got. I’m sure she tried her best, but my nails look so bad that I had to get a last-minute appointment and peel off the cheesy decals and replace them. I wanted an ivory nail with two accent nails: each with a delicate silver gemstone design. I also asked for nails that were somewhat square, with rounded corners. My nails are completely square, white, and she glued on raindrops and stars? All of the tiny diamonds around my cuticles have fallen off less than 24 hours later. She also accidentally made a hangnail of mine bleed, and started squeezing nail glue onto it? I asked her why but she didn’t speak much English. When she asked me if I was satisfied with my nails I politely said it wasn’t what I asked for. I didn’t get the impression she understood. They didn’t offer me any discount, and stared at me blankly when I tearfully explained the nails are for my wedding day, and I really didn’t feel good about them. I rescheduled to come back in to fix them, but decided against it. When I called to let them know, their voice mailbox was full. I’m not at all impressed. They did a decent job on my pedicure, hence the two stars. They got good reviews so maybe it’s a fluke?
