Buffers and files are used only once, then discarded. All pedicure procedures are performed with liner protection. Nice place, workers were very nice, but the nails were okay. Lady worked very fast but did not check for lifting underneath. Also shape is a little uneven. I would give the nails a 3.5, but very reasonable prices.. so 4 stars. these costed $53. Acrylic nails

My friend and I are trying different nail places in Lawrence, and wanted to try Nail Arts. We are not very happy with our nails and will not be back. I got dip with tip nails and they turned out see-through, not at all like how dip nails should be, and there is still glue under my nails from the tips that were put on, and you can see the tips through the color. The shape is also not consistent throughout and some of the tips they put on are not the right size for my nail. My friend got acrylic and it’s not the shape she wanted and the color is uneven. They also lost their shine in a day and have small bubbles in the color. She also has glue underneath her nail still because they didn’t clean them up. One good thing about them is they are not super pricey so you get what you pay for.

I have been going here ever since I tried it the first time! just had an amazing experience getting my acrylics off & changed to gel! the person who did my nails was so experienced! suggested my cuticles needing to be done & I never go to extra mile but trusted her & am so happy with the way they turned out! definitely go here! also just got a cute xmas gift after my wonderful experience! 🙂

Not a good first impression at all.. I went to get a fill and my technician had a bad attitude with me.. I was asking her a question and she was just walking away to do something else.. this was my first time here and I’m not impressed with the service. Won’t be going here again..for $51 I didn’t expect my refill to look like this .. I’m bothered by the attitude more than the nails

Everyone at this location is friendly and takes their time on your service no matter how many people are waiting. They treat everyone as equals. The staff is fun and makes your experience enjoyable. Salon is okay. I always leave satisfied, never super excited about my experience, my service or my nails. Techs seem to be caught up in personal conversations. I don’t mind that to much but I’m there to get my nails done and want them to listen to what I want done instead of them doing a semi-good job on my nails.

Again I was very impressed with my services! I arrived a little later than normal and they were VERY busy yet they prepared a pedicure chair for me and allowed me to soak while I waited my turn. This place is not as good as it used to be. I went for my birthday and got a pedicure and full gel set. Pedicure: They do a surface scrub and say that you have to come back several times to get all the dead skin off. My feet literally were not too bad at all. I’ve had pedicures done with way more skin thickening and I’ve never been told this. Not sure what they’re thinking. Who wants to get a pedicure and still be left with rough feet??? Full set: The nail tech rushed though my nails, they are wopsided and and not the almond look I asked for. One of the nails came off a couple days later. Like completely lifted off with my natural nail left intact- so that tells you that the nail was not done properly. They’re nice and they used to do a good job. Idk what happened. Side note there’s a younger guy in there that takes his time and does an amazing job… nevertheless I won’t be back… but if you go get the young guy!!
