Critical: QualityThe worst acrylic nail removal I have ever gotten. She tried to rip off my nail with a guitar pick and I said no. She then didn’t properly soak my nails till a manager type of person was involved. I told her I didn’t want to acrylic filet off because I was trying to protect the integrity of my natural nail as I am trying to grow it out. But she decided to file then after I said no.
