I got my nails done about 4 weeks ago now and they’re still holding on strong. My nail tech was DANNY, he was simply amazing, and very confident in what he was doing. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did it with no hesitation. He even added his own little touch of glitter. I will definitely be going back to see him. I highly recommend!

This was my 4th visit to nail artisan, and each visit my nails got worse and worse. I went in asking for a gel French manicure and the owner convinced me to do an acrylic overlay because she said my nails were thin. I said okay I trust you. Secondly I wanted a French manicure for engagement pics this weekend, and since my nails were short I asked for the white tips to be a little thicker rather than just the sliver of my natural nail. Picture below is the final product. Not only was there polish all over my skin, there were fuzzies and bubbles stuck in the top coats. The tips were half way down my nail bed. I guess I did not do a good job at describing what I wanted but even still she did not ask me if the thickness was sufficient. Immediately after I checked out I went to another salon to have the entire thing soaked off and redone. I know anyone else would’ve demanded they fix it or get their money back but I was so upset I just left. I never want to leave a bad review and hurt a business but this is just not okay.

The front desk person is not welcoming. This was my first time there and I almost walked out the door based on the lack of customer service she gave. The color book misrepresented several of the colors. The lady that did my pedicure was amazing! Overall though, I will not go back.

Lena did a great job! She created an ombre look with dip powder on my hands to match the gel polish on my toes. The pedicure was great too! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name to give her a shout out but she did a wonderful job with making my feet super soft in such a gentle way. I can happily walk around with a matching set! I can’t forget to mention it was a speedy and relaxing process. Definitely will be back again!
