very first time getting a gel manicure all of my nails we’re pointed to the left and did not fit my fingers properly and made my fingers look wider than what they actually were also I paid an extra $15 for pedicure salt scrub that was supposed to get all of the dead skin off of my feet and this is what I found when I got home a lot of Old Winter skin. I went there asked for my money back and she refused. if this is what she’s been doing for 30 years I don’t know why anybody goes to that place.

I like the atmosphere in this place, but from here on and I only want one person to do my nails with more experience. The younger woman didn’t know how to follow my directions so my nails did not turn out good. But the people are extremely friendly and good-hearted.

I went in to have a pedicure because I was leaving the next day for vacation. One day in and the Shellac is completely off 2 of my toes. The lady who cut my nails did a horrible job! Not to mention the shellac has a clumpy look. I’ll never go back again. Pedicure

I had made an appointment for 5pm with Lisa, the owner and as soon as I come in, she is doing someone else’s nails and than I am asked to sit in the pedi chair , water cold and than she say’s, I have another lady to do, so I’m just sitting there and I’m like screw this, I got up and left, this was the third time she has done this to me, not professional at all! When someone makes an appointment, you are suppose to get that person in, last time I waited almost 2 hour’s, also I said I wanted a new set, she asks “Why? #1 I’m diabetic and I get new sets at least every 6-8 month’s and 2nd I’m a loyal customer and paying, I had enough. Nice nails’s is the place to go!!! They actually sanitize and use new tools and put plastic in their pedicure bowl’s and they are affordable.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Went in for 2 pedicures and they rushed through it. When I say rushed, I mean we arrived at 5:23pm and my receipt says 5:41pm. Water was cold, nor did we even have the chance to enjoy a soak. My tech hurt me TWICE. I noticed the filth of the techs chairs too.. disgusting. When we were finished, the tubs weren’t cleaned out, just rinsed. By time I got home, the polish on my 2 pinky toenails had already came off! & it didn’t feel like shellac at all. We made sure to wash/disinfect our feet after our experience also. I Paid $78 for this. lol. When I called to complain to a manager, I was told to come back in so she could fix it, and said that I was being difficult. I explained that I’m not comfortable getting work done there ever again and politely asked for a refund on my pedicure only. I was told no .. because “it’s only one or two toes”. I ended up going back up there to get my money back, where I noticed the built up DUST and lord knows what else all along the front windows. First and last time going here. This place is filthy.

First time here. Appreciated that they took me as a walk in even though I did see them turn away other walk in customers. But overall dissatisfied, overpriced and nails look just alright. Lady told me $65 and I payed her in advance and when she was done she told me it was $70, when I asked her why she said she used gel on my nails when I know for sure she used Acrylic and most important I didn’t ask for gel nails. I came in for an acrylic full set. So she lied to get herself a tip. Do not recommend, take your money somewhere else. Will not come back.

Disappointed!! Took 2 and 1/2 hours to do a pedicure and a full acrylic set with 3 colors on the full set. Was originally told by the man doing both it would be 35$ for each. Then when I went to pay the lady charged me 40$ for the ped and 55$ for nails. She charged because I added color. Which I was originally told wasn’t extra. The nails are not even. The man doing them said they looked “fine” on top of it. He trimmed my baby toe nail so short.. he then proceeded to say it couldn’t be painted. So now I am walking around with only 4 nails painted on 1 foot. Needless to say I will never go back.

The day before Mother’s Day most of the nail salons in my area were booked and too busy. Searched this salon and this was the only one with no waiting and stayed opened later. I was a little skeptical with the reviews but I really needed my nails done . Im Glad that I took a chance and went. Not sure what the lady’s name was but she did a great job on my nails and also my toes. I will definitely come back.
