It was a mess. We went for my friends wedding nails. So for starters they called us in early, then they rushed through to get home. 3 separate people touched my nails. After 3 days they started lifting. I asked for pink and white ombré and this is what I got. When I contacted the salon I was told to come back Saturday to get it fixed even though they were booked. So more rushing. Then the brides nails were WRECK. They got acrylic on her fingers, they were uneven, and super thick. I’m not sure who’s posting the pictures on this page but it’s not who is doing the nails. I would NOT ever go back. I’m not going back for a “fix” when it should have been done the right time. They could have the nails back they are falling off whole. Even at your most desperate moment I wouldn’t step foot back in here.

I was told to come back later, she does not have time and that I need to call. 3 people were being taken care of and there was no one waiting. The fixed them on Monday. They chipped again on Tuesday. So I came in the first chance I could when they opened on Saturday(1 week to the day of 1st having them done). Excellent and friendly customer service. They say hi when you walk right in the door and remember your name. Sally is excellent with nail art and very professional. Sophia is so nice and has great attention to detail. I schedule my appt ahead of time every 3 weeks because they are so popular. I attached some photos of nail art I’ve gotten done by Sally.

I walked in and the employees stopped talking and stared at me, immediately following that I spoke and said Hello and the lady replied “What can I help you with” I responded I would like to get my nails done. Best nail salon I’ve ever been to. I recommend it to everyone. The employees are so friendly. They talk to you while doing your nails. They are really good at what they do as well. I’ve seen many nails they’ve done and they’re beautiful! The place is very clean as well. Many pretty colors to choose from. They always ask if they can take a picture of my nails to post them in their page.

Called us in early so they could leave early. My nails are thick, uneven, all different lengths, shapes & sizes. The acrylic is stuck to the sides of my fingers. She pulled my cuticles off AFTER she did my nails & polish. They refused to do anything to make this right. Wasted my time the first time why would I come back the day before my wedding for them to do it again. Don’t waste your time going. Not sure whose posting pictures on here of “great nails & experience” cause that’s definitely not what you get going there. Wait the time for the other salons around town.
