Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here last year and I had a decent experience. Last week I had the worst costumer service and worst service I’ve ever had at a nail salon. My nails were VERY simple…. one color regular polish with a solid color heart on 2 nails. Not a tiny detailed heart or anything, it was a suppose to be large simple hearts. I showed the woman the pic and she said no problem. The hearts literally didn’t even look like hearts, they were pointy and not filled in. I pointed it out and she said “well thats as good as ur gonna get, go somewhere else if u want hearts” im a pretty laid back person and never speak up so this was horrible to deal with. Im not being dramatic when I say that my 6 y/o could have done my nails better. I paid and didn’t say a word.
