Love this place affordable, clean and my nails last until my next appointment. A couple years ago I lost my thumb nail during a fall and they formed a nail where my gross bare nail was until my real nail grew back. It was miraculous. Mary is a true artist.

Unfortunately I would advise people to stay away from this salon. 1) the regular polish manicures don’t last even a day 2) they aren’t willing to fix their mistakes. This picture is taken 3 days after I received their manicure. I had decided to switch from gel polish and go with an old school manicure which I knew wouldn’t have the same life of a gel but did expect to last for about a week. The first day the polish started to peel off. I went back 3 days later and asked to have them repolished showing them what had happened. This time I decided to go back to the gel. From a customer service stand point, I did not expect a charge as the first manicure didn’t stand up at all. I did however think it would be reasonable to pay the difference from regular polish to gel. I was upset they charged me for the full cost of the gel polish change out. When I explained how I didn’t think that was fair given what happened, we had a long talk where they clearly explained why I would not be given a refund or discount. I was told that their manicures are expected to come off as soon as you “wash your hands.” she said that they tell you that before the start of the manicure. This concept of them washing off is nonsense plus I explained no one had told me that. I ended up paying for a full service in addition to the original one. When it was all said and done I paid more than I would have for a gel polish manicure and I had to find time as a busy mom to come in for another service. Poor poor poor customer service. These shops are a dime a dozen and I will be happy to find a new one.
