First time there. It was great! My nail tech was very good to me. My nails are very thin and soft and have been gouged by the drill a few times and my nails are very sensitive with out the dip coating right now. She recognized this immediately and was very gentle. I’ll definitely go back. I travel a lot for work and have been to so many different salons. That’s one reason my nails are in such bad shape. There has been no consistency in care. I will definitely continue with this salon while I am in town.

Been here twice and will continue to go. Staff has connections with clients and know many by name when they come in the door. Place is clean and they have a wide selection of colors. They offer many services from nails to waxing!

I NEVER DO REVIEWS!!! BUT THE SERVICE HERE WAS RIDICULOUSLY RUDE!!! I am not from this area and already had my nails done from another place. Came here to get one nail fixed. When I got in the chair I asked 3-4x to see the selection of gel polishes so that I could find the best color to match the polish I had on the rest of my nails. When I asked to see the difference between 2 possible colors, the man fussed and said he would only bring one. When the one I chose proved to not be a match, I stopped from adding another coat and asked to do the other color. He fussed more, told me he would not repaint my nail, that he had more customers, that it was taking too long for one nail and I could just pay him for fixing the nail. WOW! Infuriated but still VERY nice and calm, I asked him to proceed with the other color so that I can leave and have my nails done for an event I had. He stormed off, Got the color and finished my nail. I don’t know what the whole shop is like… But because of him alone, I’d NEVER come back!!!!

This is how my nails turned out before i even left the salon. My nails were uneven and ended up getting smudges from the lady constantly checking if they were dry. Bad customer service. While getting a pedicure I politely asked if I could let my feet soak for a couple of minutes before the nail tech got started. She replied she had to ask her manager, and he said no. I had no intentions of overstaying my welcome, but when I leave I want to feel like it was worth the $35 + tip. By the way, the shop was almost empty. Trust me, letting me feet soak for 5-10 min would not have held up any other customers.
