Horrible experience. A “new” form of acrylic was used that was extremely painful abs felt like my hands were in boiling water. I was not warned or made aware of the fact that a random new chemical would be used on my nails and I simply had to be in pain with no remorse from the nail tech. I tried removing the nails at home hut couldn’t do so and was even told that I’d have to go there to get it filed off since the random chemical used on my nails does not come up with acetone. Absolutely unprofessional and unsafe.i wouldn’t recommend

Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Made an appointment but they didn’t have anyone available when I walked in on time, had to wait and they were switching between people trying to do my nails. They got so much nail polish on my skin around my nails, it looked like a child had done it. Was not happy at all. And the people I interacted with were rude and not polite in any way. Would never recommend this place.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been before and was happy with the services, but I went today and 2/4 staff members were obviously sick (fairly severe coughing, blowing nose, spitting up mucus). One of these staff members was only intermittently wearing a mask. Again, obviously sick. I was so uncomfortable that I got up and left. I had 2 of ten nails done and expressed why I was leaving and they still charged me $20. One of these staff members was only intermittently wearing a mask. Again, obviously sick. I was so uncomfortable that I got up and left. Made an appointment for a specific time and they were ready for my friend and I. It was not crowded or loud. Very peaceful, calm and personal with the limited appointments. It was nice. The nail technicians were happy to listen and make sure we left with nails we were happy with. Fun conversation and great rates. ❤ I recommend.
