This is my third time going to this salon. Each time I have not found the perfect nail tech for my nails. I have natural nails and wanted dip. I did gel on my toes. The male tech I had was so rough, hit my skin 3 times while grinding down the polish. Then I had a pedicure while I had the remover soak on my nails. The man then cut my big toe nail so close that he nicked my skin and it started bleeding. He said no he didn’t do it, it was already there. It was bleeding in the tub. He then put something on the end of it that burned. He kept saying sorry each thing he did. You ok? Very rough.

I moved here a year ago and I went to a salon that took 4 hours for a mani/pedi which was way too long. I found Nail Art Salon which is in a convenient shopping center near my home and Lien has been my girl! She is charming, makes you feel comfortable, answered all my questions, very good at what she does and even offers other alternatives if she doesn’t think you’ll like what you chose.
