We accept walking-ins customers everyday. However, if you’re the type who’d prefer appointments instead, then we require a 50% credit card charge prepayment to keep your appointments firm with us. Because if you make appointments and don’t show, we’d lose moneys. Ergo, we need to charge you 50% to avoid your being flakey or doing a no call/no show or late-last-minute cancellations. Thank you!

Very welcoming couple. They require 100% pre-pay for all appointments. They’re fast but their nails last three weeks or more. They’re always puncture with appointments & I’ve seen repeatedly they’re always working on only two customers at a time. Don’t be a fool & think you can just do walk-in, cuz I’ve seen a lot of walking-ins be walking-outs disappointed or mad cuz Tiffany & Alan can’t squeeze them in between their appointments. Obviously, appointments only is a classy way to get your nails serviced anyway.

I’ve been going to nail salons since I was in middle school. I’ve never experienced someone so rude in a shop. I need to reschedule because of a sick kid. Instead I got hung up on mid sentence, and ignored for my next couple call backs. I just bought a house in the neighborhood so I was really looking forward to getting to know them more. Tiffany and Alan did an AMAZING job on our nails! They were kind enough to open a bit early to accommodate us and were easy to talk to. This place is a hidden gem! I got a gel manicure (they had a great selection of colors) and my male friend had a clear matte finish on his nails.

I’m from Iowa & my husband had work that brought us to the Minneapolis area. I got to slip out for a pedi, not knowing it would become a highlight of my trip. What a treat! The BEST place, hands down. A kind, warm-hearted, married couple own the salon. They genuinely enjoy what they do and that makes all the difference. You are not just the next pair of feet in a chair.
