Critical: ProfessionalismThe people were very rude and unprofessional. The lady had someone in her chair and stopped because patron had to put infant(in nail salon lol) to sleep to continue. She takes me in her place, I had to ask her to santize the chair as precious patron was sitting in before me…then as she started my nails I noticed she burned me a couple times with the drill and was rushing thru my refill to still be able to take the other patron..when I asked if she was in a rush because she had done my nails twice prior I was met with total disrespect and rudeness. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! A DISABLED WOMAN WANTED TO GET HER NAILS DONE BECAUSE SHE HAS BEEN FEELING A LITTLE DOWN… SO FOR A GREAT PICK ME UP, NAIL DAY WOULD HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL! Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueOverall the nails were done very nicely.It looks a little bit sketchy at first but when you go in there very nice just close the door while you’re at it because they’re going to ask anyways. They do a lot of designs and they’re very pretty! Definitely will be coming here again!

I have been going to this salon for a year now. I DO NOT go to any other nail spot! The customer service here is above and beyond. Jenny & sarah do an awesome job with designs. The prices are GREAT this place does not overcharge like other places do. I recommend this place to anyone that wants great customer service & wants there nails to look beautiful!!

Place was dirty. Lady soaked my hands in a bowl of nail polish remover for 10 minutes. She watched a movie while doing my nails. Made me bleed several times and did not clean the area. Nails are uneven.
