Critical: QualityI got my nails and toes done. The older lady who did my services cut my actual toe and not my cuticles with the file machine bit. Then she did my gel nails. She did not listen to what I wanted when it came to length and shape. That should have been the clue but… hindsight is 20/20. In addition, I wanted a design and I showed her, she said she could do it no problem. So let me start on what has happened with my nails,1. Not the right length the nails are to long for me. I wanted a short coffin shape. After repeating it 3 times to her. She still didn’t get it right!2. They are so thick from the layers of gel polishes. They have about 15-20 coats (4 layers of clear top coat).3. My design looks like my 5 year old nephew did them.4. She didn’t even tell me the cost of everything before starting, this is really my fault because I know so much better. Then when I questioned her about the price she was like because of the design. I told her that I have gotten my nails done with design before and was never charged what she told me. Ridiculous!I will never go back to that lady again. I got my nails and toes done. The older lady who did my services cut my actual toe and not my cuticles with the file machine bit. Then she did my gel nails. She did not listen to what I wanted when it came to length and shape. That should have been the clue but… hindsight is 20/20. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe lady who took care of me would push my hands aggressively off the table if they were too close to her, she also cut my hands a few times, my nails are as thick as a quarter and my pedicure already chipped (I left 30 minutes ago) when they waxed my eyebrows they didn’t change the paper on table and even if they wanted to change the paper the entire roll was on the ground, this was all just the lady who helped me, she was the older lady who was working today, I’ve had another worker do my nails and they did wonderful.
