I went here today for my 1st time it was very clean everyone was nice and greeted me well I didn’t wait long to be seen but while I was sitting there a lady asked me which one and she showed me 2 different boxes I told her I didn’t know what they were she said it’s part of your pedicure so I told her either 1 is fine and later she came back and did my pedicure she put towels on my legs which I thought was different but I let her do what she was there to do when it was time to pay my total was way more ($70)than I expected I asked her why she said that I was paying $30 more for the towels on my legs I was very disappointed in their lack of communication and the way they took advantage of me usually at my nail shop they’ll either tell you if you would like callus removal or anything more how much it is before they go ahead and do it or they have a list of different pedicures that you can choose from with the cost listed there right next to the list I will not be going there that was my 1st and last time visiting this shop

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueThey used dirty nail fire on us very obviously used. my sister got acrylics she said it was dripping off her nails. She said he kept messing up and trying to hide it and then bending her fingers different directions and filling her skin raw. They didn’t take their time at all rushing to get more clients settled while doing a poor job on us. We even had scheduled appointments and they still rushed my nail chipped not even an hour after leaving. She said he kept messing up and trying to hide it and then bending her fingers different directions and filling her skin raw. Cuticles are a mess since they did my nails, peeling 24 hours after going and swollen. Paint chipped in under 24 hours I think it’s the top coat that came off? I got a gel and felt completely like they were understaffed and that we had the B team .

Upon arriving they got me in right away to do fills and a pedicure. The ladies here were super nice talking with me and laughing. The started my pedicure first then when Christine was done with her other client she started my fills while my pedicure was being done.

I’ve been going there for a few years to get my nails done, but I finally had my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I was so happy with the results, Christine did an excellent job. I can’t wait to go back and get my eyebrows shaded, it’s a lot less expensive than microblading.
