I was the last client in the shop since it was later in the day, and my artist showed no sign of rushing through my nails to go home sooner, and when I tried to apologize for keeping her so late she halted me mid-sentence and would have none of it, saying I have nothing to apologize for. I don’t have a bad thing to say about this place. I saw Mimi & she took her time not only to free hand every single design on my nails, but also to get the shape perfect and even. I always find something wrong with my sets, but not from here. On top of stunning nails, they were all so kind and patient. Definitely will be back here

Went in for a manicure and pedicure, the pedicure was good but the manicure came out all clumpy and missing polish in some parts. I tried telling Fiona, the lady doing my nails and she would just go over them and still miss the parts that needed polish.

I love Nail Art and Spa 1. I have been going there consistently for about a year or two. They are friendly and offer great customer service. Their best feature is their consistency. All of their techs are good!! The owner takes prides in her business and cares about the satisfaction of her clients. Another great thing is their design skills and versatility. Super nice. People were very friendly. They did an awesome job on my nail fill. They were able to do all the new nail trends. I absolutely love that. I was having a hard time finding a nail salon that could do even a simple ombre. I think this is now my go to place. Even though it’s a little further than I wanted to go. I had my appointment for a dip but the lady definitely was rushing cause she was doing mines and another girls nails at the same time. My dip looks so lumpy and thick plus she missed spots on the tip and edge of the nails. Plus the color I chose wasn’t the one she put on. I couldn’t tell since it was so bright in there so I thought it was the lighting plus it gets dark outside faster so I had to wait until I got home. I guess I’ll be okay but I won’t be returning. But they were super friendly and nice!

Racheal did an awesome job on my nails. I’m happy I found someone who will listen to what I want and make sure everything is done to my liking! My only complaint about this place is that the pricing has been very inconsistent. They don’t have prices posted and I’ve been charged different amounts for the same service, so it seems like they just charge me whatever they feel like at the time. A few weeks ago I was charged 45 for dip and extra 10 for French (they also charged extra for having long nails which has never happened at any place I’ve gone to). This time I was charged 50 for dip + additional 20 for French and 10 for a line drawn on each nail. $30 just for the design I got seemed very high. It would be nice to have prices posted for transparency.
