Critical: Professionalism, QualityNails were not done well because the nails started chipping after 2 days so I went by to let them know. She offered to redo them and got mad because I asked for a new nail tech. My nails started to chip again after two days but since they filed them down so much there breaking off. I have shellac which is supposed to keep your nails strong and their breaking. All of them are so thin. If they don’t do a good job just go somewhere else. Nails were not done well because the nails started chipping after 2 days so I went by to let them know. She offered to redo them and got mad because I asked for a new nail tech. I showed the nail tech some pictures of styles that I like and then told her she could decide what to do. She did an amazing job, I’m so happy with it. Positive: QualityI went in to get a gel polish on the day before Mothers Day. Which I totally forgot about, and they were super busy. I got there about 1:40 and they decided to get me in for a gel polish even though they had appointments coming in at 2. I was so appreciative that they took the time to get me. The girls were super nice and very fast. I would recommend nail art to anyone. By far the best nail salon I’ve been in to. Thanks for making my day nail art! I went in to get a gel polish on the day before Mothers Day. Which I totally forgot about, and they were super busy. I got there about 1:40 and they decided to get me in for a gel polish even though they had appointments coming in at 2. I was so appreciative that they took the time to get me. I tried calling a week ago to make an appointment for the following weeks from there I was told to call or just walk in Monday. Monday morning rolls around & they then tell me they will not be getting me in. I asked if I could make an appointment. the lady was very very rude when I was only following their instructions.
