I came in at was greeted immediately. The lady asked what I wanted done today, which was a simple nail removal (of my fake nails) and a overlay over my real nails. I was surprised she had no clue how to remind e fake nails so I had to explain the process to her. She hot the bowl of acetone and walked away. There were four workers, three if which had clients, the fourth was a male who sat and watched football, not doing anything. So after twenty minutes she comes over and starts the process of taking off the nails, and she speaks in her language to her coworkers. Finally she asks me to move to another station where a more professional lady, finishes the process of taking off the nails. My fingers were dry because my fingers had set in the acetone so long and I had gel dried up on my skin from the gel melting in the acetone. The first lady was very unprofessional so because of this I will not be referring or giving them any more service at the nail art maplewood location. I needed my nails done so this is the only reason I stayed, I would not recommend anyone to go here

I used to come here every two weeks for my nails until last summer. Was disappointed to find that the ownership had changed as my regular nail technician was the previous owner and she shaped my nails perfectly every time. I got my nails done last Friday here, and was swapped between two techs, one of which put the acrylic on my full set WAY too thick on one hand, and the other my nails look like they curl over on themselves. I’m only 6 days through since they were put on- and they were applied so far from the cuticle they look like they’ve grown out and need a fill already. Will not be going back.

My first encounter was very nice. I went on a Saturday evening and staff were attentive, polite, and made sure all needs were met. I truly liked that they too their time on my mani and pedi! I would refer someone there if, they want the best nails ever!

I have had my pedicures and acrylics done at Nail Art for several years. It is a peaceful atmosphere. Not as hectic as some salons. The patience and time taken to do my nails perfectly is what makes this a really nice place to get your nails done.

I have been going to see Sinoh for a couple of years now and she is EXCELLENT! I am very picky about my nails and they are always done perfectly. I have been getting a similar shape for a while now and just decided to go with the ‘coffin shape’. I cannot stop starring at my nails! They look AWESOME! Highly recommended!

I had my nails done at nail art on Sunday. 5 of my finger nails chipped within two days. I went back Tuesday afternoon to try and have them fixed and they told me they would not do it. They said the polish is not meant to last more than one day. If that is the case, which I do not believe it is, I wish they would have told me that I should plan on my nails looking good for one day and nothing longer before I spent my money. They were not accommodating nor polite about my nails chipping. Never going back!

I used to go here for to get manicure and was good but they ruined my nails on my wedding day. I got acrylic and the shape wasnt even and after couple days when i went to take it off at another Nail salon and it was so painful because they couldn’t get it off because of the amount of glue they used it.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe guy who did my medi and pedi made my finger bleed and he didn’t care either. Once I let him know about it he didn’t care and went on to argue with me. They didn’t wanna refund my money. I’ll never go again. Lesson learned.

will NEVER go here again! The lady that did my nails was nice however when i got there i was the only one in there getting mani/pedi, they had 2 workers. another lady came in. 20 mins in 4 more people walked in. so while the lady was in the middle of doing my nails she started giving this man a pedicure! no gloves. no washing of the hands. after scrubbing and clipping his toes she came over to my hands with her foot juice wet hands and started lotioning up my hands and arms!!!!!! I was thoroughly disgusted and wanted to puke! I paid $55 dollars for her to rub me up with that mans foot sweat and TOE JAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW GROSS!!!!!
