Critical: Professionalism, QualityManicure was done by the man in the shop, nails were uneven and different lengths. When I called to expressed my unhappiness. They took no ownership for the poor job and my dissatisfaction I work with the public and many people have commented on how unprofessional and strange my French tip manicure looks. When I asked to have it fixed, they told me I would’ve needed to tell them at the time of service. I would have, except I felt sorry for the guy doing my nails. He seem to be trying very hard and I didn’t want to be rude. Will never go to this place again! They also change their prices on a weekly basis and I never know what I need to pay. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis place was terrible. The lady doing my pedicure was very rude. She would not speak to me but instead used noises to tell me what I was doing was wrong. Like not to put my foot in the water . She made me feel bad for the last nail polish that was put on my toes. The whole time I was just concerned that what I was doing was bothering her.such a horrible experience.i would not recommend going here.
