It was going great at first. But as I was getting my pedicure the man filed my foot too hard and I let him know it hurt. He stopped then continued still hard and caused my foot to bleed. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI wasn’t terribly happy with the quality of my manicure. At $80 (with tip), I didn’t expect to walk out of the salon with a manicure looking like it was a week old already. They didn’t do any treatment to the cuticle, so they looked dry and rough. That being said, my major problem was their professionalism. I didn’t like how there was just one girl walking around in the back staring at people, then she would walk up to the employees and whisper in their ears. I wasn’t terribly happy with the quality of my manicure. At $80 (with tip), I didn’t expect to walk out of the salon with a manicure looking like it was a week old already. They didn’t do any treatment to the cuticle, so they looked dry and rough. That being said, my major problem was their professionalism.
