Not super clean place. It was decent enough job, not sure for the price. The people aren’t the super friendliest. Mine grabbed my big toe and yanked my foot around. My friend didn’t get the color she asked for. If you are used to bigger, cleaner places, probably not where you are looking to go.

Have been “trying” and re-trying this place on and off for YEARS. It’s always a terrible experience and a wast of money. I’ve had to instruct the employee to not rip my acrylic nails off before soaking them (they want to tear them off to save time), constantly am getting cut/hurt with the tools, and the end product matches the experience- just plain bad. I could do my own nails better. Do not go here and waste your time.

They did a really nice job on my nails! However, I did feel that is was expensive to pay $33 for a shellac fill, plus tip. At least the quality was there for what I paid. Best place I have found near Columbia City so far.

I’ve been going here off and on for the past 7ish years. This place may not stand out aestheticly from any other nail place but it is a fabulous salon. I’ve been to my fair share of nail salons and even though this one is out of my way I make it a priority to go here. Every technician I’ve encountered is consistent and quality, and prices are on the lower end. They have been raised over the years but they are very reasonable. I’m not dainty with my acrylics and I have NEVER had a nail pop/chip off on its own. Definitely recommend

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went for a full set and what I got was a bunch of very uneven nails so I went back in 20 mins later because I felt so awful about how my nails looked! I waited 30 mins for someone to try to fix the mess I had..when someone finally acknowledged that I was there the lady was very rude! Have tried this place several times in the last year. Still not impressed. They try to up sale you to get “longer massage or better nail polish” but every time I walk out disappointed. You pay for a longer massage and it’s not worth your money. The nail designs are very basic, my 7 year old can do better.

I went to this place today and the person did a very good job on my nails. There were some misunderstandings about the service I requested due to language barrier, but all that was done were done very well. The issue was I wanted a pedicure but apparently did not make it clear and received both pedicure and manicure. Both were done very well so I do not think I was overcharged for the services rendered. Actually it was a decent deal when I later thought about it.

Worst experience ever.. Lady ripped my real fingernail off proceeded to glue the fake nake to my very painful finger mind you my real nail is gone. Then cut the same finger.. Did not get the paint i wanted and when i ask about it she said its close enough. Then over charged me. Will never waste my time here again
