First time walking into nail art or a nail salon in Indiana since I moved down here. Kayla table 8 was up for my spunky random design. She looked at my phone while trying to perfect the design and she did an amazing job. The gentleman that did my pedicure also did an amazing job and also got help when he needed it. My natural nails are picky. All round great experience. Loved hearing everyone laugh and conversate.

Went in the week before Christmas and got right in. I showed them a picture and they matched it to a t. My mom was able to get right in too and it only cost $55 for me to get a fill/new set…was supposed to be a fill but ended up having to get a new set…plus some design and didn’t charge extra.

I have yet to find a nail salon that could give me the sharp point my heart desires but y’all… they did it. Too bad I live in Columbus or id be here every week. I wish that I could give them ZERO stars!!! I brought an image of the design that I wanted, the nail tech said it was definitely doable, partially into taking off my polish suddenly he can’t so it’s too late to just leave so I asked for a new tech and I’m told an HOUR WAIT. The hour wait turns into almost 2 and ruined my entire day and the nails well…… Next location I guess

I have mixed feelings about this place because I’ve been here quite a few times and sometimes I love how my nails turn out but yesterday they turned out terrible, not evenly shaped at all, the nail polish is bubbled and bumpy, they look worse than $6 nails from Walmart. It really depends on who u get to do em, the younger girl in the way back did a phenomenal job 2 works ago but yesterday I was very disappointed.

My pedicure sucked. My feet were so sore for 2 days after. I had cuts on the bottom of both my feet. I was 25.00 for pedicure and 30 for a fill , ended up. Coasting me , 10.00 more total. My Mani was the worse ever. She cut the side of my finger with her tool things. I will never go again. Took my 2 girls. What should of been 100. 00 got 3 of it was 147.00. For what. Never again. You need more Quality. Slow down

Getting a fill should never be painful. She used the tools on my actual skin. So sore and cut up and dry. My nails are full of bubbles and broken up on the sides. Underneath isfull of the dip and chunks. Go to coldwater I shouldnt have skimped and gor my fill here. $45.00

My daughter and I came to get our nails done here in the morning on Saturday 5/21. She was just getting her nails painted and I was in between getting a full set and just having my nails painted and I decided to just get them painted. The older lady took my daughter first to do her nails (I later found out that my daughter didn’t get to even choose her nail polish). Then she came and took me to paint my nails, I chose a darker blue initially to which she said “no, too dark” so I chose a different blue which was apparently acceptable to her. She finished my nails and I went to sit with them under the dryer and she began asking for payment while my nails were still wet. I went to get in the diaper bag and she said “no” and gestured for me to put my hands back under the dryer. She continued to stand there waiting for payment though, so I asked my daughter to get my wallet out of the diaper bag to pay her. I was shocked when she took my wallet from my daughter, opened it and took money out of my wallet for payment. She said it was $16 for both my daughter and I because we only had our nails painted with regular polish, she ended up taking $16 and also giving herself a $2 tip, as she took a total of $18. I was going to tip her because that’s the polite thing to do, but she decided to do that on her own. I don’t recommend this place. The lady was very pushy, I understand in the nail world time is money and what we were having done was not a big money maker, but a little patience and politeness goes a long way in getting return customers. I was very disappointed.
