Critical: ProfessionalismI have been coming here for at least 5 years. The last 4 times I have been to have my nails done and my toes painted. Each visit has gotten progressively worse. From being skipped over in line, to poor quality of finished product, to rude behavior from the owners. I was just there for nails and toes to be polished. I had to ask the girl (middle school age) that they had painting my toes to fix several because the polish was off my toes or they had streaks from where her long hair had brushed up against the wet polish. David was the person that did my nails and he was rough when filing my nails. He also held my thumb so tight that it started cramping and I to make him let go. His response was “really?. Each person that you go to has a different price. Same service and I have been charged $42 $48 and now today $52. When I questioned him the tone and answer was rude and spoken loud enough for multiple other customers to look at me with widen eyes. From being skipped over in line, to poor quality of finished product, to rude behavior from the owners. I was just there for nails and toes to be polished. Critical: ProfessionalismTook my 5 year old granddaughter there while visiting. That’s our special thing to do. We get her nails painted and pretend to get a pedicure! She like to put her feet in the water. Of course their is no cuticle to trim, no callus to scrub or any other treatments an adult gets! I must say the “technician was maybe 13 years old. When I went to pay she said $47 dollars I asked her how much it was to paint her fingers nails, she said $12, that’s in the ball park, and the “pedicure “ was $35. I said you have to be kidding!! A gentleman sitting in the couch told her NO $25 she’s a child, but this young girl yelled at him and said no $47. We settled on $37! Still way to much! Needless to say I told my daughter in law to NEVER go there!! Very unprofessional! Family members sitting / laying around. HORRIBLE! Critical: Quality, ValueNice place and friendly people but way over priced. I paid $275 for 2 Mani/Pedi and eyebrow wax. The most I have ever been charged was $110 for 2 people. To add to the over priced work my nails are uneven. I will not be going back here.

Critical: Value$80 later I don’t feel relaxed or refreshed! I am utterly TICKED OFF that they charged me $30 dollars for a kids pedicure and some dots on my daughter’s toes and spent less than 5 minutes with her! Never again will I patronize this place!!
