To start off, I arrived at 0830 (when they open) and they didn’t show up until 0846. There’s no punctuality and they’re changing an arm and leg just for a gel pedicure.

I like my nails, Im a tomboy and it’s pretty nice. This is my first time getting acrylics. It was I believe $45 which I guess understandable. Great service. The lady was nice and was gentle and a bit fast pace. I enjoyed my first experience. I forgot to update, the nail polish was still very wet even a week after. All the black just came off.

I went into nail art on 12/10/22 and everything was good until the guy who Sit at desk one by the register did my nails he was ok but not excellent he was rude at first explaining the pricing then he was rude about me picking a color I was burying my aunt that day so I was trying to look for the perfect color to match her only TWO other people were waiting and they wanted pedicures he literally just asked me what color and I said ummm and he said hurry up they have people waiting when I say poor customer service and they use to be my favorite I have spent over 200 plus tip every visit but they have lost me as a customer fr and the diamonds came off the next day poor service

Great service! They were short staffed by one today, but still managed to get me in and out quickly and efficiently. I had acrylic removal and a new set with gel. The owner/owner’s wife were so kind and know what they’re doing. She gave me a crisp, square shape with evenly coated, not-too-thick/thin gel polish. Their son, Shawn, is a super cool guy who does great polish and pedicures. Their prices aren’t bad, my new set and gel being 40. Full set with regular polish is only 25. If you’re in the Bessemer area give them a try!

Walked in today (on a Thursday afternoon). No line, no waiting. Deluxe spa pedicure w/Gel. $65. No issue. Very nice. Very calm and clean atmosphere. COVID precautions observed at all time by both staff & clients. They do not take AMEX. Will return 🙂

I took my 13 year old to get her nails done for a formal dance because this place same recommended- well I will DEFINITELY not be listening to any more recommendations from that girl!!!!. Not only did the guy that was working on her nails mess up so badly that he had to get someone else to come and fix them, but after being told that she hadn’t specified that she wanted French tips at the beginning but that it would be okay and not to worry about it, the same guy who messed up to begin with then proceeded to paint on her French manicure white tips, making them look almost as bad as if they had been press on nails bought from Wal-Mart! Don’t go here!!!!

I’ve been going here off and on for 15 years. I’ve been to other places to get my nails done in Hoover but I always find myself coming back to Nail Art because they do a better job. They done an excellent job on my nails for my wedding! Pricing is decent! I will continue using them!

Rude!!!! Rude rude!!! I asked for the price of the service I wanted and Anna says wait until she gts the set on before she can tell me!!! I tell her I want gel short nails, why can’t I be given a price. She thn says something in another language to her husband who thn yells at me tht they can’t give a price til after they’ve started because they don’t know wht I want!!! I told him AGAIN WHT I HAD JUST TOLS HIS WIFE, SO THEY TALK AMONGST THEMSELVES IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE, AND HE AGAIN W ATTITUDE SAYS MY NAILS WOULD BE AROUND $75. OK NO PROBLEM. AS ANNA IS TAKING MY OLD SET OFF I WAS TALKING TO MY HUSBAND AND EXPLAINING WHAT HAPPENED. I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO TELL MY HUSBAND IF ANY MAN IS BEING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. SHE APPARENTLY UNDERSTANDS ENGLISH VERY WELL. BECAUSE I WAS IN NO WAY UGLY CURSING HIM OR HER TO MY HUSBAND ONLY THT I FELT DISRESPECTED BY HER HUSBAND FOR YELLING AT ME. SHE STOPS DOING MY NAILS AND SAYS SHE WON’T DO MY NAILS.MIND YOU I HAD MADE THIS APPOINTMENT W HER SINCE SHE HAS STARTED THT. THESE PPL GT SO OFFENDED WHN YOU ASK THM FOR A PRICE BEFOREHAND. LAST TIME I WAS OUT $140. SO I WANTED TO NO WHAT ALL I WAS PAYING AND THTS ONLY RIGHT!!! THE PRICE BOARD THEY HAVE IS OLD AND NOT AT ALL ACURATE. THE SADDDEST PART IS I USE TO LOVE THIS PLACE UNTIL I REALIZED THEY WERE GTTN OVER AND OVER CHARGING. SO BE AWARE AND ASK QUESTIONS!!!! NEVER WILL RETURN LOST A GREAT CUSTOMER.
