Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came for tinting and shape for eyebrows and they were really honest with me telling me that I don’t need it, because I have good eyebrows, instead of that, they just gave a cheaper service, they only applied wax on my eyebrows to fixed them, it was cheaper and easier. I am proud of the staff, they were honest, someone else could do the service I asked before to get more money, but they didn’t it.I was really happy that I decided to get a manicure like extra service.I am so proud of the girl of the staff who told me the truth about the service and instead of trying to take advantage to gain more money she preferred to tell me the truth. I came for tinting and shape for eyebrows and they were really honest with me telling me that I don’t need it, because I have good eyebrows, instead of that, they just gave a cheaper service, they only applied wax on my eyebrows to fixed them, it was cheaper and easier. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valueso i decided to treat myself and go get my nails done, i went to Nail Art in Fort O. the first picture is from there. They ruined my fingernails they were very unprofessional did not listen to what I wanted and then argued with me on what I wanted it just seemed like they didn’t care about my experience and I will not go back there and urge others to please go somewhere else if you want a nice relaxing experience. the owner continues to argue with me and told me he wouldn’t refund my money or fix my nails again because they had already tried to fix them once. he proceeded to tell me that if i didn’t leave he would call the cops on me, he also but his fingers in my friends face because she was trying to get him to fix my nails as well, keep in mind we are MINORS! all because i simply wanted my nails fixed and how i wanted them. i took my business to Luxor nail spa in east ridge and they took time on my nails and done them exactly how i wanted.
