Henry did my nails. Haven’t been a fan of his taste in design but this time he did a great job getting my style. Am very happy with nails today. Have had problems with they’re work before today though. I feel as though they’re work hasn’t been as good as it used to be. Hope they step up they’re game again because I’ve been a very loyal customer. Really depends on who does your nails whether there done well or not

I like the nail tech Ruby,because she takes her time with people like myself whom have very short nails and want to have gel nails applied. I used two others for this service that work there and my nails didnt last nowhere near as long as when Ruby does them. I drive from Georgetown Delaware to Wilmington just for her to do them when I can get an appointment. If I’m in the area I always stop in to see if she’s there or I can get seen by her. The place is clean and quiet.

Such a bad job for the price. Very disappointed with the results even though I told the lady who was doing my nails and toes that they were coming out badly. She kept saying she was going to fix it at the end. She didn’t do anything to make them look any better.. I won’t go there anymore. Today I’m writing another part to this review. This is my regular salon BUT only because I found a great manicurist that I like! My biggest complaint is they need to update the polish center. They have a few color swatch rings to look through but they are all the same. They are dirty, broken, missing, and not organized. I get anxiety coming here trying to figure out what color I want bc they usually don’t have any of the colors I choose (repeatedly). The last place I went had a nice book of nails with the colors and numbers. Most of the colors are behind the manicurist so if u want to choose a color you have to look at the actual bottle and open it. There are only a few good nail techs. The older gentleman is terrible at doing nails.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got my nails, my daughters nails, and my sisters nails done. For starters, they switched their prices 6 different times throughout our entire time there for basic mani/pedi both gel- no designs, etc. They did not listen at all to what we wanted. All of our nails started to chip literally an hour after our service. Then they charged us for using card as our payment. Lastly, they were just rude the entire time.

10/21/22 was my First and last time at this salon. First the salon didn’t have many gels colors to choose from which is fine i just picked a color, second the lady doing my pedicure rushed the whole pedicure and did not follow all the steps their was no massage at all, and what really sealed the deal for me is the fact that my GEL nail polish is chipping and peeling off my fingernails today (10/26/22) this has never happened to my nails from any other nail salon. Would not recommend this place at all would give 0 stars if i could .

By far the worse gel manicure I have had done! Got them done on Thursday and today it’s Saturday and all gel polished has lifted. I would definitely not recommend!! Waste of money!!! Manicure

Absolutely terrible service! Would not recommend. I asked for dip and I had to file my own nail because she wouldn’t do the shape how I wanted it. Had to take off the first layer of dip because there was bumps all over that I pointed out before she even put the dip color on my nails. Smudge on my color and when I pointed it out she pulled my arm and asked others to look. Don’t go here. Also was told I would get 20% off for being a first time customer. After I complained he said he no longer can do the 20%. How convenient

I do not recommend!! My nails are ok not an issue. But when I sat to dry the woman next to me pointed to a bug and said oh that looks like a tick. I looked and said oh no that’s a bed bug. There are no woods or tall grass around here. One of those employees must have bugs at home, i only say this because one lady had a smirk on her face while we were looking at the bug on the wall. It was huge and brown went into the wall so won’t be back.
