I love getting pedicures at this location. Thanks to the skillful work of Linda and Carolyn; my damaged toe nails from years of contact sports are much better. Linda was able to prolong my need for a double nail avultion on my big toes. Carolyn referred me to Rochester Podiatry. They did my procedure and now I walk with no nail pain and can maintain with pedicures from Linda (Whom is EXCELLENT at what she does)!!! She is the perfect mix of power and nurturing with her skills. I Highly recommend this location. I have referred my friends and family here. The owner is very funny and all the technicians do wonderful work.

My favorite place for a pedicure!! Linda is the best!!! They all do a great job The owner is always on sight. Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I travel from Greece to East Rochester (31 F) just to come here because they are the best! Calling for an appointment is recommended and they have great hours!

I pointed out to the technician several times that my old polish is visible and she failed to fix them. One of the worst manicures I have ever received. Very rushed. I requested a different technician to fix them the next day and the owner was extremely rude and sided with her staff (naturally). I DID tell my tech this was not what I was looking for and she continued anyways (which the owner & tech deny, naturally). I rarely right a bad review, especially since I loved my pedicure from this place the day before, but making the customer feel like the problem is unacceptable- I went home and cried over the time and money wasted.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirst of all, everyone is super friendly there. That isn’t always the experience other places, which is why I’m noting it. I’ve been going to see Tammy since early winter. I’d visited a few other salons before then and hadn’t been happy with the results. After seeing Tammy, I was hooked. I loved how beautiful my nails looked, and she was very skilled at getting them perfect instead of “fine enough”. I always love letting her pick my polish because she does things I wouldn’t normally think of and I always am super happy with the results. Her brow work is fantastic, too, and I am super picky about my brows. The best endorsement I could give is that I got my nails done 2/26 and it is now 3/24. I didn’t have the chance to get them redone before the governor closed all non-essential businesses due to the virus. My nails are way overgrown, but they are on so securely, none have broken off! I started going to this salon a few months ago and i cannot say enough great things! I usually come during my lunch hour, get seated ASAP, and leave with exactly what I ask for. Both Tammy and her daughter have done my nails. Not only are they great at what they do but they’re so kind and helpful. Best nail salon I’ve been to in Rochester!
