I make a appointment I come in 5 minutes before my appointment. I wait another 15 minutes before they start my pedicure. I get my pedicure done to the point where she is about to polish my toes. A white woman walks in says she has a appointment after me. They take her right away. As she stops my pedicure she goes to start the white woman’s pedicure. I ask what is going on I had a appointment she says I don’t have time to do yours my customer is here. Unprofessional and racist the white woman is superior to I guess to the black woman. I will not ever come back and will tell all of my African American friends as well!!!!

Got a dip set and a pedicure. No complaints on the pedicure but as a person who has been getting dip nails for YEARS- I have never EVER had chips in my dip nails after just 1 week… do not come here for dip nails. Horrible quality

No bueno!! It was my first visit and my last.l needed to get my nails done ASAP before going to a meeting. It was a three hour debacle with two employees. The $100 mani/pedi was the worst. My toenails were not shaped properly and polish was running on my skin. It took 5 addition attempts to get it nearly correct. I left without pleasure. The powder manicure was the worst. I selected the color and as it was being applied I kept saying that the color was too dark and not what I selected. They kept saying wait it’s not finished. It definitely wasn’t what I selected. The owner told me that my nails are dark and my skin is dry hence resulting in the problems. Simply put, if you see a nail salon with no or very few patrons on a Saturday morning stay away. Also, I thought it would be a quiet experience but the children of the employees were present and not sitting quietly. Stay away!!!

I tried this place out because they were having a 20% off event and are located close to me. I like the laid back atmosphere; however, I had a gel manicure done… in 5 days the color was all cracked and EVERY FINGER looked horrible. I went back hoping they would fix it (and they did!) but still charged me more than half of what gel already cost because it was all of my nails they had to redo. I probably would have gave them another chance had they just fixed my initial manicure .. or maybe even if the “fixed” gel was a good one … this color is beginning to crack at my fingertips as well. Maybe they need new lamps … not going back.

I was there today and the service was horrible. I waited there for 40 minutes and none of them even did any pedicure or manicure for me. They soaked my feet in cold water and did not bother to even check if the water was warm. It was getting late for after soaking my feet for 20 mins and no one attending to me I left the place getting nothing done and wasting 40 mins of my weekend time.
