Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been visiting Nail Art for years for regular manicures and pedicures. I don’t have a regular technician and am happy using anyone available as I prefer short notice appointments. The women who work here are so very nice and kind to everyone. They are meticulous with their work (I’m very picky) and do the most thorough manicure/pedicures of any of the several area salons I have tried over the years. I have been visiting Nail Art for years for regular manicures and pedicures. I don’t have a regular technician and am happy using anyone available as I prefer short notice appointments. The women who work here are so very nice and kind to everyone. They are meticulous with their work (I’m very picky) and do the most thorough manicure/pedicures of any of the several area salons I have tried over the years. The price is great and it is easy to get an appointment.

Critical: QualityWent for a manicure a few weeks ago and it was awful. Not even close to what I asked for (I asked for glitter ombré she did polka dots with paint) My step mom loves the place so I gave them a second chance & went back today, they looked at what I wanted and sat me down and started. Halfway thru they stop and tell me they don’t have time to finish what I want but can offer something simple. What I asked for is simple and they asked ahead of time, saw the photos and knew the design going into. So needless to say I was sent home before a party with ugly unfinished nails as I refused to pay for something I didn’t ask for only to have to go home and have it redone. Extremely disappointed and wish they would have told me in advance rather hope they could make a quick buck on an “easy” design. Will absolutely never return and wouldn’t recommend anyone else returning. I’m a very easy to please person but to know the design going in and then telling me at the end I can’t have what I want is wrong. Not even close to what I asked for (I asked for glitter ombré she did polka dots with paint) My step mom loves the place so I gave them a second chance & went back today, they looked at what I wanted and sat me down and started. Critical: QualityI came to get a pedicure and it was more like a fast feet wash, the girl who did my pedicure rushed washing my feet, put her coat in and took off, the charge was 30 each for my wife and I and the pedicure was about 10 minutes, I could have done better in the showerService: Pedicure
