Horrible experience. The nail technician scrubbed my foot so harshly she abraded the skin off and left a dime size bleeding wound on my foot. It looks infected today. My friend who was with me was also scratched by the tech doing her pedicure. I’ve never had this kind of thing happen in a nail salon. The nail tech definitely knew what she did because I was bleeding. She didn’t apologize or even acknowledge what she did and charged me full price. Absolutely wild.

Horrible job on my service..I actually tried to help out by shortening my service because she was so busy being considerate..she gave me the worse service I ever had and had the nerve to charge me for a full service that I didn’t receive on top of that had someone do my service that seemed inexperienced and also charges me differently every single time I go there…I get the same exact service done..I’m very upset..I can’t even post service because it came out so ugly..do not recommend to get your service done if she’s busy…she will rush to get that money ..I’m disappointed and had to cancel an important meeting because of this
