Came here for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was good all though to my disappointment the massage chair didn’t work and didn’t recline, so I was a little uncomfortable. The lady who did my manicure seemed all over the place and was not focused on my nails. She was talking on her personal cell phone at least 3 times as well while she was doing my nails. She seemed very frustrated because she messed up 3 of my nails for rushing and not giving enough time for them to dry before massaging my hands. She kept muttering under her breath and it was very obvious that she just wanted to get it over with. When everything was done, she said jokingly “next time do gel instead, powder too hard” (i did sns powder). Looking at the finished product, it came out decent even though several of my nails are messed up (scratches and dents) I could rant on about so many other things (She was not careful with filing my nails, wasn’t always paying attention to what she was doing, unorganized, and kept taking breaks from me to do other things like cashier, answering phones and including her cellphone). She ended up rushing more towards the end because she had a client who was here for her and was not done with me yet. Everything in total was 55 for a pedicure and sns manicure which did not seem worth it honestly. I’m sure that this place isn’t bad however if i ever do come back i will make sure to avoid that lady.

Sorry, the staff is nice the place is clean, but the quality of the work was terrible. 45 dollar gel pedicure, they dont even exfoliate or anything and not mention the sloppy polish. My SNS powder manicure cracked the next day. They did give me a refund for the SNS but I wasted 45 on that pedicure which I had to get redone elsewhere.

I went there to get a powder gel manicure. The lady convinced me to do a regular gel manicure, swearing how it was better for the nails, and lasts longer. She said the cost was the same as powder gel. 2 days later, my nails are so brittle and the paint has already peeled off!! I think she didn’t know how to do a manicure and was just a helper. This is how they treat new customers!! Save your nails and your money!

I am surprised this nail salon got high reviews. The pedicure was nothing special. As I sat looking around the place seemed dirty to me. Chairs were worn and torn that the employees sat on , countertops and shelves looked unkempt A worker dried her hands off with a folded clean towel for customers and then returned it to the same spot. My nails did look nice however

Omg, after many years of frequenting nail salons, I have now found a gold mine right down the street from home. A little pricey BUT we’ll worth it. All are sweet and polite, everything is immaculate, equipment is REALLY sterile or disposable. Atmosphere is very relaxing, they truly do a great job! It’s true…you get what you pay for !! Great job ladies…keep up the excellent service!!!

Not very friendly or professional. Told me they could make my nails matte then afterwards when it was time to apply the color they told me they didn’t. It was too late to get out of it by that point. In addition to that, they wanted me to pay halfway through including paying the tip. She wasn’t even done. How am I supposed to tip based on a half done job lol.
