I love how my nails, brows, and lashes looks every time. Only drawback is the wait time is usually ridiculous. Choose the time wisely. Shout out to L.Chop the best and the newest ‘sistah” nail tech already putting out some fire nails all in a timely manner.

They are a busy nail shop no matter the time or day but and techs are great. They have 3 lash techs and one brow lady. I would definitely come back again. Expect to spend time especially if you are getting multiple things done but all worth it.

That’s someone’s face you’re messing with, ppl have to walk around looking like that and the mistakes are not always reversible.One time I set and watched Lena do another customer’s eyebrows as I was waiting on JoAnne upon request… She messed up on the girl’s eyebrow, she rushed, she applied the wax on in a sloppy aggressive manner, and she had this mean look on her face. To me she gave off the impression that she didn’t care and she did it on purpose.My thing is if you’re a eyebrow wax tech, IF YOUR EYEBROWS ARE ON FLEEK! I got a pedicure last week. The ladies didn’t seem to disinfect the foot bath area. When I asked questions about the products used the lady didn’t seem to understand me. That should have been my cue to leave but I stayed and now I’m regretting it. The whole time I was there I couldn’t help but notice all the unsanitary practices. I’m not sure if everything gets disinfected by the end of the day but it’s certainly not after every use. I didn’t even touch the tub with my feet I just let them soak and I’m regretting it already. Almost immediately after leaving my feet felt itchy. I am not awaiting a doctors appointment and using over the counter anti fungal nail bed and foot products. This place isn’t sanitary. Next time I will follow my gut.

Jenny did my lashes in about 30 minutes. No problem because I know she works fast. However I started losing lashes that evening. Everyday they were just falling out. So I finally called her four days later and explained the situation to her. She wanted me to come the next day but our work schedules kept clashing. So I asked her if I could come my next off day which would be on Monday, I could not get there sooner. She said she would have to charge me for a fill. I told her that was unacceptable because I have to work and i did nothing to cause this problem. She got loud and rude and refused to listen to my reasoning on the situation. She was not willing to try to work with me so I told her I’ll move on. I’m very disappointed at her unprofessional behavior. Again I patronized the business for years and also referred many clients. Very dissatisfied with how I was treated.
