When I’m in Newport News, I like to go here. It seemed that whoever I had was good and I like that they carry OPI gel polish (My salon at home no longer has it.). I like the atmosphere and the music. The staff are multi-cultural. However, this last time, my calluses weren’t worked on much at all. My nails looked good from a distance but did have some small blobs and fuzzy edges on them. I am grateful that they were able to add the gel manicure at the last minute, because it wasn’t scheduled and it was a Saturday.

I was told the cost was $20 then they said it would be $10 to add gel I said okay when I went to check out he was $15 for gel but it was $15 for the nail and $15 for the toes.. my $20 bill went to $50 way too pricey for a toddler’s manicure

I set an appointment two weeks ahead of time only to show up and for them to “forget” my appointment. I’m a bride in 2 days! And I talked to a person twice on the phone to confirm my appointment. I got no notifications about a confirmation and when I showed up, they said they couldn’t do my nails till Monday which is the day of my wedding. Sorry, but I took my business elsewhere because they clearly only care about $$ instead of their clientele. I will NOT be suggesting this place to ANYONE
