Worst nail experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked in at 10am and did not leave until 11:30am for a REFILL. I asked the manager if he would be able to do my nails to which he responded “Why would I be sitting here if I couldn’t”. I said ok and gave him a chance but it was a mistake! He charged me $50 for a refill bc I wanted designs and then my nails came out ugly, not even resembling the designs I wanted. He also hurt my cuticle with the drill.

Katy did my pedi and she was lovely and very attentive. She took her time and my feet came out looking amazing. Diana did my acrylic extensions with a designed. She was also attentive and listened to my concerns and request. I’m lucky I got these two ladies given that when I was there a few customers were not pleased that the other workers were rushing, skipping steps, and not listening to the customers requests. If you go ask for these ladies and you will get the proper treatment.

Two people when I arrived. Everything was fine initially a regular visit. I hated how he made my thumb nail way longer thicker than any of my other nails but I didn’t realize until after I left. Got my nails done on a Monday by Tuesday the polish chipped on 3 nails. I went back Wednesday afternoon after I called and told them my polish chipped only on Tuesday and it’s gel. I was told to come in. They had an attitude he sent me to the back but not to a specific person and I kept asking who was supposed to fix it. They have a help wanted sign but have multiple people sitting down lounging. Everyone looking at my like I was crazy when I’m asking who was going to fix it. Then this guy gets up like I’ll fix it with an attitude. I showed him the nails and he said I must have bumped them trying to make it my fault. I told him even if I did it shouldn’t have chipped 3 nails with this being gel polish. You pay extra for them to last longer. I also told him that the polish might be expired and he ignored me. They gave me another yellow polish and he rushed the coats. And told me to sit under the light for 3 minutes I sat for 2 or 3 additional because the polish felt worse and the paint job didn’t look really smooth. I just grabbed my things and left after stating they’re probably going to chip again. So today is Friday 6/8/18 only two days after getting one of the same nails fixed half the damn paint comes off my nail. I am going back and not to get my nails fixed but to curse them out. It won’t bring my money back or fix my nail but I am going to show customers and everything this is ridiculous. I was referred to this place I should have checked the reviews like I always do smdh.

Go early or be subjugated to sitting very close to people. No temp checks here unfortunately. they also don’t ask that you wash your hands upon entry which is weird during this pandemic. Positive they work fast you can have a pedicure fill in eyebrows and eyelashes in about two and a half hours.

I give Nails 3000 5 stars because they actually care about the regular customers. They do love their customers. Other than that, the spot stinks! They need some candles or air freshener cause that place stank!
