Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI finally found a Nail Salon! For the past 3 years of living in NJ I could not find any nail salons that were like the salons in NYC, most of the salons are over priced, rude and more focused on selling you different services instead of just making sure you are happy with the service. NAIL 3000 has exceeded my expectations! They are very professional; pleasant, the prices I love and I was able to show a picture of nails I wanted done and sit back and not worry about having to coach the technician, she knew exactly what she was doing and they also took well care of my daughters whose manicure also turned out very beautiful. My daughter was so happy for her first experience and I was very happy with the outcome of my nails too. I wasted money for a horrible service at Capital nails and so I decide to take the extra money I would of spent if not more at another salon and decided to use it towards the tip because these women at Nail 3000 deserve it. If there are any negative reviews I’m almost certain it has to be from people who have an overall issue with life itself because I did not encounter any of the negative comments I read which by the way were hardly any found anyway. I am happy I did my research and found NAIL 3000. I finally found a Nail Salon! For the past 3 years of living in NJ I could not find any nail salons that were like the salons in NYC, most of the salons are over priced, rude and more focused on selling you different services instead of just making sure you are happy with the service. NAIL 3000 has exceeded my expectations! Critical: Quality, ValueThe quality of the gel pedi I received, if I had seen what I saw later that night when I arrived home, I would have never went there. She didn’t scrub the dead skin off my feet properly: AT ALL. It was a rush job. I didn’t realize how bad it was because the lotion she used masked the poor quality work for hours. When I did finally get home, and felt my feet; they were still rough and peeling. Am not going back and I can’t recommend them. First time there and I was highly disappointed. The quality of the gel pedi I received, if I had seen what I saw later that night when I arrived home, I would have never went there. She didn’t scrub the dead skin off my feet properly: AT ALL. It was a rush job. I didn’t realize how bad it was because the lotion she used masked the poor quality work for hours.
