From the receptionist to the nail techs down to the eyebrow tech…. Wendy is the best at eyelash extensions she took the time to figure out how I wanted them done and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! Quality service. I went in for a pedicure and fill for myself…..as well as a nail and toe polish change for my daughter and niece. We were in @ 11 and out by 12:30. Reasonably priced and extremely quick and efficient. The young lady working on my younger girls was exceptionally kind and patient. Of all the nail salons I’ve visited in the Charlotte/Matthews area, this one makes the top 3. It is definitely a staple in the downtown Matthews area and I would suggest it to anyone asking.

By far the best salon in the area. Wendy and her team are welcoming and on point. I usually go every two weeks for mani and pedi. I have my eyebrows waxed and tinted about once a month. I have not had a bad service and have been going here for the past year. The services are great and the girls are meticulous in their work. Thank You Nail 3.

Came to this salon for first time today. My daughter and I went in for pedicures and ladies weren’t very welcoming. Then when my daughter accidentally messed up her toe nail polish the lady fussed at her and then they continued to laugh and talk about it which embarrassed her. Left without getting my nails done.
