Highly recommend Nails 2001 on Sussex Turnpike in Randolph! This salon has brand new owners as well as they have completely redone this salon giving it a very modern look! The salon was completely spotless and well organized. I had one of the best pedicures ever today as well as an amazing gel set done. They took their time on both services and I couldn’t believe how thorough they were on both my pedicure and nails. The owners and staff are so sweet and talented as well! They are currently giving 20% off of their services as part of their grand opening!!

The salon is great and clean. The pedicure was wonderful except for the bad attitude of the girl (reddish/blonde hair as I didn’t catch her name). I asked her to cut my toenails straight and she cut them slightly crooked so I asked very nicely could she straighten them. You would have thought I’d asked for someone really strange because she got very “stroppy” with me. Actually quite obnoxious and started talking in her language to the girl beside her) which made the experience unpleasant even though my feet looked nice at the end. To me, a kind, friendly therapist and a welcoming salon counts for a lot especially if you request something as simple as cutting my toenails straight!

I decided to try Nail 2001 after a larger salon in Randolph continuously messed up my acrylics, and I needed a salon that I was confident in their work. Nail 2001 does a PHENOMENAL job every single time. I never have to worry about my nails not coming out exactly how I want them! They truly care for their customers and will do whatever is needed to make you happy. The management is extremely nice and the employees will never make you feel uncomfortable in any way. I will never go anywhere else again. I highly suggest this salon if you have acrylics (mine will stay on, not chipped for 3 weeks or more) as they do such an amazing job!

Okay experience. The staff is very personable and kind; however, my acrylic nails were rushed and uneven and can see paint brush strokes on my nails once dried. Was not crazy about the end result (French manicure) – lines not straight, air bubbles, etc. the shape of my nails was changed without my permission as I was getting an acrylic fill. Loads of great conversation and genuinely cares about their customers .
