I have been coming here for years, and recently they have really started to think that they are too good for people. I went yesterday and I asked for sharper almond shaped nails. This is what I got. Basically cat claws. I said repeatedly that I didn’t think that my nails were straight and nobody cared. Last amount of money they will ever get from me, these are the worst looking nails I have ever had.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI used to go here allllll the time and they used to be amazing!! They have definitely went downhill, the man that did my dip powder not only had a dirty station but he was also more focused on his phone than he was doing my nails..so not only did he do poorly but he also cut half my nail cause he just had to read the message on his watch. The dip powder was put on way to thick on some my nails and so thin on others that it completely detached from my nail only 2 days later and fell off! I don’t like leaving bad reviews but something has got to give Nails 2000!! I used to go here allllll the time and they used to be amazing!! They have definitely went downhill, the man that did my dip powder not only had a dirty station but he was also more focused on his phone than he was doing my nails..so not only did he do poorly but he also cut half my nail cause he just had to read the message on his watch. I don’t get pedicures very often because every new one i go to I always get tortured. I decided to have a spa day and take a chance. Its been a few years and I was feeling brave. After my experience at this place I might even start going on a regular basis. Color me impressed.

I have never left a review about bad service, but the service at Nails 2000 was uncalled for. When I walked in a lady with blonde greeted me very rudely. Upon leaving, my nails looked horrible and I asked if she could fix them. She told me that they looked fine and that was all she could do because my nails were too short. $45 later I left with dip nails that I removed that night and got done somewhere else the next day. I do not recommend this place unless you are looking for lousy customer service and high prices.

I walked in with a full set of acrylic nails I was dying to get off due to a sloppy job at another nail salon in town. Kim did a great job with the removal process and didn’t rush through it like I’ve seen some nail techs try to do. She also put on some new tips for me and made sure I was happy with the length (unlike the last place I was at). She was gentle but thorough throughout the whole manicure and I will definitely be back!

First time visiting this salon– I heard good things. When scheduling the appointment, the receptionist was rude. When I arrived at the appointment, the lady was rude. I felt like I was being rushed. Watch out! They’ll charge you for things you didn’t ask for. After a basic pedicure listed on their sign for $25, the lady charged my card for $27. I asked why I was charged an extra $2, and she handed me a bag and said it was to pay for its contents— this cheap little cardboard nail file and sponge. This was only mentioned AFTER already having run my card and me asking why I was getting a different amount from their published price. As in, she took my money and then tried to justify it afterwards. Like I said, watch out. They are doing bad business here. Not trustworthy.

We’ve had many pedicures through the years and this by far is the worst experience. My daughter’s was the worse of the two. The woman was in such a rush, there was nothing personal or relaxing about the experience. She was aloof and rude in her personality. After waiting a long time, mine finally started and the guy who did mine was also in a hurry but he was more friendly and did an actual leg massage (which my daughter did not get, just some lotion rubbed on her legs).
